Welcome to EverNest! We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation policy clear and straightforward.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund.

  • 14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

  • Less than 14 days before check-in: Nonrefundable.

  • No-shows or early departures: No refund for unused nights.

Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially when traveling near Mount Rainier. Please contact us if something affects your trip. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com follow the cancellation terms displayed on the respective booking platform at the time of reservation.
